As of May 10, Microsoft Windows 10 version 20H2 terminated its support. Version 20H2 has received its last cumulative update with the KB5013942 update, which we mentioned in details. All consumer editions of Windows 10 20H2 reached end of service today, including Home, Pro, Pro Education, and Pro for Workstations editions.
As you probably know, the end of service period means devices running the 20H2 version will not receive monthly security and quality updates. These monthly updates provide important protections against security threats. But even though your device will be vulnerable to threats, it will continue to work normally.
The Redmond giant will direct its customers who request support from this minute to update to the latest version of Windows 10. The software manufacturer states that it will continue to serve Enterprise, IoT Enterprise, Windows on Surface Hub and Windows Server editions for now.
